- 1 paper is covered under each registration.
- In case an author has more papers than covered under their registration, additional charges will apply per extra paper (Rs. 3,000/- plus tax).
- At least one author (presenting author or co-author) should be registered to have the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
- Students availing student registration must provide a valid student ID card/Bonafide certificate at the time of registration.
- Papers registered under Student category (the student must be the full time student and first author) needs to be presented by Students only.
- It is mandatory for everyone to register to attend the conference.
- Registration process has multiple steps for registering: such as a) one more paper registration for the same author b) extra page payment c) extra certificate d) workshop etc.
- We are not differentiating Author, Co-Author, Attendee registration. Author or co-Author needs to provide paper id during registration process.
- The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST @ 18%, as applicable.
- You can register online using your Debit/Credit Card.
- Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount.
- Accompanying person cannot attend technical sessions.
- Co-authors are not considered as accompanying person.
- Conference/Workshop registration fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances (Even partial payments also).
- While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/valuables or damage to your property.
- The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
- The decision of the General Chair is final and shall be considered conclusive for the conference matters.
- Conference kit/bag with all conference information.
- Access to technical sessions & exhibition area.
- Conference lunch and gala dinner.
- Workshops and tutorials attendees must register separately.
